Challenge
Old Man Gloom was preparing their first new recording in nearly ten years and needed promotional photos and visuals to support the album.

Solution
In an effort to capture the primitive nature of the music, we sought an environment free from any evidence of humanity. To push the concept of regression further, the standard jeans and black t shirts were shed in favor of ghillie suits.

I worked with the band on creative direction for the concept, followed by art director and photographer roles for the shoot, and finalized the project with design responsibilities.
